Air bowler nozzle: Drying, blowing

Air nozzle and air knife can be transported for drying, blowing, cooling or cleaning. Drying is a common process in various industrial areas and processes. This can be either drying after washing, blowing water or liquid off a given workpiece, body or even removing solid particles, particles, pieces from the workpiece or surface.

Several types of air nozzles are available.

The most popular and most universally available is the flat jet air nozzle, the so-called a multi-channel, “airblower”nozzle can be used. But a circular blower (circular blower nozzle) or even a needle jet air nozzle is also available.

In addition to these types, our air nozzle range also includes air knives in different lengths or even circular designs.

The multi-channel, so-called air blower nozzle is the type that can be used in most places due to its easy installation, shape and applicability.

It is available in a variety of materials, including POM (engineering plastic), aluminium or stainless steel.

This nozzle consists of two halves (aluminium and stainless steel) or two injection moulded halves (plastic). The two halves are connected by screws (aluminium and stainless steel) or by gluing.
